The pharmacists here don't like to answer questions. I'm not sure why they're angry, but they are. Be careful asking anything. They will jump all over you.

We switched from Walmart to Kroger in Maysville, Ky. Pharmacy several years ago, and we have never had any real issues with them other than small things that you would have anywhere else when dealing with a Pharmacy on many occasions, but nothing to complain about, their Drive-thru is fast and going inside is also fast, there are places to sit, with a restroom right there if you have to wait, others complaining about this most likely had 1 bad experience and think everything in the world should run Flawlessly, well it does not, so stop complaining, this is a good Pharmacy with good people and competitive pricing on their Generic drugs and others.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I call to see if my sons special prescription formula is in and they say it will be there the next day by 3:30 and I come and they don’t have it in and they are also waiting on approval from the insurance company. Why couldn’t the girl tell me that on the phone instead of making me drive 35 mins for them to not have it in? I’m done with them I’ll order it somewhere else.
