The hotel is great.Rooms are very spacious well maintained.The staffs are all very friendly always helpful.They do have a parking behind the building incase you don't find it call at the reception and they will guide you through.Also they do have laundry which makes it convineint for long stay.There are good restaurant at walkable distance.Also public transportation is available near to the hotel.I am giving it only 4 stars because of the lack of breakfast options.They didn't have any kind of bread or not even bagel.Also the butter was not available.Otherwise the overall stay was pleasent.

My fiance and I met up with one of my friends in downtown St.Paul and decided this place would be nice to spend our money on. However, I left the room to pick up some food from UberEats at 11pm. I ended up forgetting my hotel key and when I tried to ask the front desk lady, Amy?, she said nobody came with food and that even though I came from the elevators she couldn't help me back upstairs to my fiance's room. I told her the room number and his name and when we checked in. I was then told by her that if I bought another room I could stay at the hotel which was my only other option since all of my belongings were in the room. She said if I paid for a room she would reimburse me if he woke up (he's a hard sleeper and fell asleep before I got the food) within a few hours. I ended up buying a room for myself. A room with 2 queen beds. ugh. Anyways, it was only hours before my fiance woke up and I went back to the room. I had him call her and she said NO and she was NOT nice about it at all. . She couldn't refund me. I had to talk to the manager the next day. And thankfully, he refunded me. I have never felt compelled to leave a message on a hotel until now. I'm not upset with the manager, he was amazing. But the overnight lady was not customer service friendly at all. Rooms were amazing though.

Great place to stay warm cozy front desk help in this frigid cold...hyatt did a good job love the decor..use of the old post office doors clean place quiet
