By far the most enjoyable memorable experience I’ve ever had in a facility of this caliber! Everything was five stars! Room service, my room, employees, food, overall experience. The Saint Paul Hotel is wonderful. The atmosphere there is so peaceful. Covid protocols are followed throughout. And let me tell you, their beds are like sleeping on clouds. Best night ever!
What a wonderful hotel! I live across the country and my Mum is moving from Minnesota. It is a sad time but an exciting time. I contacted the St. Paul hotel to make sure that my Mum’s last couple days as a Minnesota resident were wonderful. By making the call I had an amazing experience.nnDrew who answered the phone was very cheerful and helpful and actually helped me find the best price for one of their gorgeous suites.nnIn my younger years I used to sit and eat the big shrimp bowl with my family down and we would drink Prosecco while sitting outside. During these sad Covid times this is not something that’s available to us.nnIf you or your family are traveling to Saint Paul make sure they take a look at the Saint Paul hotel. Everyone and especially Drew are absolute can complete class acts. They are in the heart of downtown, so walking distance to everywhere unless it’s -40° in the middle of winter. At that point why the heck are you walking.nnThank you to Drew and all for helping make my Mum’s last couple days in Minnesota a wonderful experience.
Old world elegance in the heart of downtown St. Paul. Even the most basic room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is gracious and helpful... room service is through the St. Paul Grille and is so convenient. Can't wait to come back!
God this place is class elegance and service. The staff here are the most amazing tentative people. I don't know if I've ever had better service and I've stayed at the 4 seasons and Hilton 5head. Kudos Saint Paul Hotel...Kudos
