I am writing this two months late, but my wife Katherine and I stayed in the Pilothouse Suite in early January, 2021. Liz was amazing! She was very attentive yet also left us to ourselves to enjoy the towboat and get things delivered as we did not want to venture out from our cozy spot! Breakfast each morning was delicious! We had so much fun in the pilothouse playing cards and listening to music, taking a break from the world while watching it pass us by across the river from our spot. It was the 2020 mental palate cleanser we needed! Thank you, Liz for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Covington Inn! Liz (the innkeeper) is fantastic - friendly, sincere, and she made a delicious breakfast :) Our room was clean, had a stunning view of downtown St. Paul (we stayed in the Master's Suite), and had a cozy gas fireplace. The Inn made for the perfect staycation-getaway. We can't wait to stay again!

This place was wonderful! It was such a nice boat, nice getaway. My daughter and I stayed in the Riverview Suite for a girls getaway and that room was absolutely perfect for that! I was very happy with the room, it was bigger and than I thought it would be, plenty of room, sitting room with fireplace and fouton that pulls out into a bed if needed and a cute nook for reading with windows level with the water and 2 little chairs. It was perfect! Also a nice area up on the deck set up with patio furniture with a beautiful view especially at night for anyone to enjoy. Liz was a great host. I will definitely be back it exceeded my expectations, lovely place. Thank you Liz!ud83dudc9c

My husband and I stayed here on a random Tuesday night because we decided we wanted a night away. This place is wonderful: the rooms are warm and cozy, everything was very clean, the view was stunning and the hospitality was superb. Thank you Liz for having us!

A quiet, charming, and cozy little slice of heaven! We had such a nice time sitting on the deck drinking our beverages, admiring the view of the city. Liz is a phenomenal hostess and works so hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. She’s very kind and helpful and takes a lot of pride in her business. Beautifully unique place to stay!
