The convenience was amazing!nSuper easy pick up at the lot and airport.nVery reasonably priced as well!nVery polite and helpful driver.nWhen we had an issue leaving the grounds the gentleman answered us on the speaker, gave us directions to find him at the cashier booth and took care of our problem immediately!
After our trip to Vegas, we came back to sub zero temps and our car's battery was completely dead. The shuttle drivers were prepared with jump starters and made several attempts to help us however our battery was just too dead.nSTEVE (manager) was so amazingly graceful, he let us park overnight for no extra charge and we came back the next day with jumper cables and got the car started.nWe really appreciate how kind and helpful Park 'N Fly was during a really stressful time for us. We recommend this place 8 days a week!
I have used Park n Fly many times over the years and they continue to have amazing customer service! Love the convenience and proximity to the Interstate as well as the airport. So easy to check in and check out. Appreciate the pickup directly at your vehicle and help with luggage. Drivers are so friendly and helpful. Love the convenience of drop off and pick up at the airport. And to top it off they drop you off right back at your vehicle after a long day of flying. Talk about service. Park 'N Fly is fantastic! I would recommend to everyone!
Our travel plans changed at the very last minute and the manager made it work out for us despite. We are super appreciative. Far better customer service than we would have expected for such a reasonably-priced service. Kudos to the team.
