I was so impressed with Jet Black of St. Michael. They did our neighbors driveways. Such a great job that we called them. Literally, 2 days later a great crew came out and extended, repaired, and sealed our drive way for a great price. Awesome job!
Overall great experience that deserves 5 starts. Responsive quote, delivered as promised, and looks great. I have received several compliments from my neighbors. One minor thing for those that are triple AAA perfectionists...there are a few seal-coat boot mark on the sidewalk. Figure it will fade pretty quickly so it doesn't impact the overall experience.
Jet-Black was really easy to work with and did a great job in sealing our driveway. From the office personnel to the work crew, everyone was very professional, easy to get a hold of, and on-time. They even returned calls! We had a surprise weather problem that messed up the job hours after they finished it and they came back out and re-sealed our driveway with no issues. The job looks great. We would recommend them.
Our local Jet Black is such a great company to work with! From the initial contact to their employees who do the work! Jet Black made our driveway look great and did an amazing job with their hot rubber crack fill! Other companies have gotten the tar all over the sidewalk. They will continue to get my business!
Easy to schedule. Showed up when they said they would. We called just to get soms clarification about our driveway appearing uneven in certain spots. They said they were sending a representative out to take a look and would get back to us. THEY RE-DID THE WHOLE DRIVEWAY! FREE OF CHARGE! Top notch customer service. They have a customer for life.
