The breaker in our room somehow tripped twice throughout the morning. The outlets weren't close to being overloaded. The hotel is updated and looks good and is clean from what I saw. Checking in took a little longer than normal. I wasn't asked about my vehicle info when checking in either. I overheard them asking other people their vehicle info. I've never had that happen that I can recall. I live out of hotels. My status was not recognized either.
Always love staying here. Have to have a key card to get in or hit the buzzer. Rooms are amazing, only issue was the water pressure in the shower last time. But everything else is spot on
The room was what we needed and had a very modern design to it. I would expect better TV's (size was fine, quality was poor). The staff that I worked with to check out of the room and be shuttled back and forth were fantastic. Andy was a pleasure. However, the lady that checked us in was just awful; I've had warmer conversations talking to a brick wall outside in the winter. That just kind of set the tone for my stay. Perhaps they were having a bad night.nnOverall I won't be staying here again, but it just wasn't my cup of tea.
Very nice hotel. New and modern. Beds very comfy. Only ding would be that the check in process was not smooth. Would definitely stay again.
Modern, spotlessly clean in the lobby and guest rooms. The hotel and rooms even smell nice and fresh. Everything serviceable and in good shape. Close proximity to the mall and airport. I had a perfect night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel. It's going to be my new home from home as I visit this area often.
