Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms where clean and sanitized. The breakfast little but thats due to the covid. The pool is open but you have to make an appointment which is also due to covid. Walking distance to mall of America or they have a shuttle service. We did have 1 issue, the main main sewer line was clogged causing a nasty smell in the building but the staff where on it and did everything they could to make the best out of our stay.
Everything is great here except the noise coming from centralized air fan. The noise is continuous and it won't stop. Its annoying and makes you feel like you are living near a high traffic area.
Great place. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Great gathering areas such as pool table, working books, etc
