This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced!! From check-in to check-out service was A+. We had minor issues that were corrected expeditiously. Maggie Maggie Maggie, You are truly a rare find In customer service. I can tell that you take pride in your work. I'm not sure if slept a wink, I know you were exhausted but, it did not show in your service to all customers. You did everything with a smile, compassion, and grace. Maggie in my 40 years and many hotels stay you will always be the one I will remember. We recently stayed in at a Home 2 Suites in Brookfield WI and had to leave at 10 pm after several calls to the front desk about the noise of other guests. There was no compassion and no effort made to correct the situation. We were told quiet hours are from 11-7 so it was okay for guests to communicate by yelling at each other for their rooms and it was okay for the kids to yell and run on the halls. I wish they would have had a Maggie at this location. You would be an excellent customer service trainer! I'm in tears writing this! My family will never forget how you made us feel and how passionate you are about your work! Maggie you Rock! Love the Elam Family!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Quiet yet right near everything. The staff is outstanding, courteous and efficient! The gym is great, the parking is easy and there are so many things that I would have never expected that are included in the price! I would recommend this place for a short or a long term stay!

This is my second stay in the last month here. I was so impressed the first time that I returned. My second stay was actually even better. The staff again has been fantastic, the room was perfect and the place is perfectly located. It is tucked away from traffic so it is very quiet and peaceful with places to walk in nature nearby. At the same time, a quick walk and I am at the biggest Mall in the country or a quick drive and I am anywhere I need to be. Grocery stores and everything else are just about a mile or 2 away. Shout out to the staff for making me feel so at home while traveling - and the rates are awesome! Another 100%+ review! Thank you.

Wow! Cool stay and nice price.nI had a fourth floor room, good living space and quiet (recent construction thus sounds in many aspects).nAwaiting time when normal breakfast (out of pandemic) resumes.nKeep doing your good work.

Great place to stay! The shuttle to the airport was perfect...but fair warning they DO NOT look at the sheet you fill out for the returning flight. Once we landed we called and the phone rang and rang and then when someone finally answered they tried to put us on hold. Took 45 minutes to get the shuttle to us after trying to call for 10.
