I’m here for two more days. Just wanted to write a review because my room was spotless. Check in was easy, the room was easy to locate. The shower was very enjoyable and and my hair smells and feels great (which is honestly rare for hotel shampoo and conditioner), I got into bed and the sheets are really soft and the bed and pillows are already great, I’m going to bed happy. The lobby was really cool. It had a pool table and some locally inspired art. Can’t wait to sleep in. Looks like walking to the MOA will be a piece of cake!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience already and I haven’t even been here an hour.

This was my first stay at a Tru by Hilton. I like their updated rooms with wood floors as well as the fun new aesthetic of the lobby. The pool table in the main area is a very nice touch. My favorite part is the brand new exercise room. Right now you have to make a reservation for the exercise room but the upside is you get the whole place to yourself. The assortment of weights and equipment is superb. I stayed here on a park and fly visit and the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. I also love the Hilton cleanliness standards during COVID.

What a fantastic place! Amenities are outstanding, the staff is wonderful and very very helpful and the room was clean and in perfect shape. The hotel is right near the freeways and the Mall of America but you'd never know it because it is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this place at any price!

Nice hotel! Moderate decor, spacious rooms, pool, fitness center, continental breakfast. We enjoyed the pool & fitness center. Pool is a bit on the smaller side but nice. There is a sports entertainment shop right next to the hotel so there's plenty to do. Also right near the Mall of America. We stayed here specifically because we had an early morning flight, & caught the shuttle. Staff in all areas here were very polite & professional. There are a couple different room configurations so be sure to ask and obtain what you need. We were extremely happy with all the services here. Thank you!

First time staying at Tru by Hilton. Been a Hilton Honors member for a long time. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Super easy check-in with their app and I was able to go directly to my room. I was able to check-in early and schedule late check-out. The room was very clean and surprisingly comfortable for a basic room. The lobby area is super spacious and open. The reception staff was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Comfortable and nice for a quick overnight stay for a yourself or you and your partner. I stayed in a room with a king bed and I had plenty of room. I would highly recommend making your reservation here if you are visiting the Mall of America or visiting for other reasons.
