Spoke to Karen on 3rd shift at front desk because we were going to be arriving very late as we were driving into town, and the staff here is very rude and unaccommodating - they ended up canceling a reservation without calling us, or without even any email confirmation saying that our reservation is being canceled, nothing. When we were close to arriving, every option they posed was basically double charging us. This place is terrible ... many surrounding properties have staff that are friendly and care about the experience of their guests ... I recommend staying anywhere but here because the service will be better and if you or anyone you are traveling with has a disability, definitely do not stay here!!!

Loved this place. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is large and very modern. Staff is super friendly.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott of Mendota Heights is a fantastic choice for a quiet, clean and pleasant stay. All my dealings with the staff were beyond courteous and competent. From my room I could watch the planes come in to land at MSP. They weren’t bothersome as you couldn’t even hear them,. My only complaint was not having my own microwave within the confines of my room.
I stayed at this hotel for an extended period of time over the summer of 2020. Ronise, Karen, and Jerrid were amazing. They helped me with anything I needed and had such great personalities! I will forever be grateful for how welcoming they were and will always choose this hotel when I am in the area!
