The staff was great, and room was awesome to accommodate my 2 young kids. The pool was nice and warm along with 2 hot tubs. It was also nice that McDonalds was in the same parking lot along with a gas station right down the road. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for future visits.
I was pleased with our stay. We did the park and stay package. Stayed one evening and parked our car for 9 days. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle was fast, efficient, and the drivers were excellent and friendly. I'd stay here again. Best bang for your buck!
I really enjoyed my stay at county inn & suites. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The establishment provided transportation to surrounding store locations around the Edina area and proved to be very prompt in drop off and pickup. I would definitely recommend country inn & suites to friends family and to anyone for a comfortably clean pleasant getaway. To rate this company at a five is an understatement. I will definitely be revisiting soon.
Affordable and very nice rooms. Pool was great. Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!
The pillows are half the size of a regular pillow, and also half as comfortable. The beds are uncomfortable, all nights that I've stayed here, I've woken up really sore. The first night I was here I got a wake up call from the front office at 4 am, I didn't request a wake up call. And the second day our cards didn't work, we had to go down to the office and get new ones. This morning our next door neighbors woke us up at 5 am being really loud. I really hope the next night isn't like this. I was a little put off when they offered to upgrade the people in front of us to a suite, when they asked for a queen bed, no charge. They were staying one night, we are here for 3. But they didn't offer us anything, we asked for a queen, they didn't have any, and we got moved to a king, hopefully they don't charge extra for that.
