Extremely old, musty building that badly needs a complete renovation. The walls and ceilings are peeling. The entire first floor is freezing cold. The gym equipment in the fitness area is busted and broken. Apparently they no longer offer a hot continental breakfast and we were told the cold breakfast is served at 4:30am. Extremely uncomfortable in this hotel, as everything feels dirty. Our bath towels are falling disintegrating strings. We were kicked out of the pool area at 9:30pm, the door hours state it closes at 11:00pm, I was told by staff “Those are the old hours.” To too it all off, the hotel is located directly under the approach path for Commercial Airlines, so you will hear loud jet engines all night long. Extremely disappointing. Any 5 star review of this hotel are 100% fake. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The elevators need serious help! The hot tub is Only warm. But it's was Clean and safeud83dudcaf
The hotel is filthy dirty and customer service is super bad. Airplanes constantly flying over hotel which is super annoying and loud. Timing on pool room and gym need to be updated. Elevator is super sketchy, so be prepared to take stairs. Totally will not recommend this hotel. I made a mistake not reading previous reviews and booked a room in this hotel. I would totally recommend people to read reviews before booking in a room. Ignore all 5 star reviews, cause they all are fake
I rented a room for 20 minutes and didn't even enter the hotel. I paid a lot for a corner room that unfortunately couldn't enjoy or get my $100 something dollars back after the hotel agreed to reimburse me over the phone. Months later I received no money back and no friendly personal now that I've gone home. Buyer beware! Side note, I rarely give bad reviews but being lied to gets to me.
Dirty disgusting outside and revolving door falling over with homeless looking people hanging out in cars in the lot. Staff at front desk is extremely rude and hotel refused to refund our money because we refused to stay there with our child due to the filthy appearance. If I was able to give zero stars I would. Not a place for kids. It sure is funny that after a bad review that there's a positive one. Looks like a trap hotel....
