Never will my family stay here.... A few of the front desk employees were wonderful! Like Bree (she was in training) and the man who works the night shift! Otherwise management Lisa I believe is her name was he name! Very rude and unprofessional! When I called her about something she hung up on me! Never will I stay here! Its a no wonder the beg for customers to give them good reviews!
I travel a lot and I like my things the way they should be..and this extended stay is the only one that has my 5 stars... very clean,save,quiet,friendly and the manager Lisa she goes above and beyond... very professional and friendly and super nice...she made my stay very comfortable I well be coming back from sure thank you Lisa and your staff for been a blessing..
It appears like a nice hotel, but be prepared to have a short stay. The first room I was put in had no light bulb in the lamp, the refrigerator was leaking, and the door didn't close all the way. They were nice enough to move me to another room. It was soothing that I found out that this hotel is mostly used four people off the street. I have seen police escort people off property many a time, one person had a warrant out for their arrest. Many people stay here who have dogs that are always barking and they don't pick up after them outside the doors.nThe kitchen is okay but for the stove they have a hot plate which always takes forever to turn on and forever to turn off. They do supply you with some basic cutlery if you ask. You do get Wi-Fi with your room, if it's working that day, and be prepared to connect to it every 24 hours after it logs you out. It's a good place to crash if you're trying to save a dollar but for the same money you could probably stay at a Holiday inn and get a nicer room.
I would have given this 3 Stars but this place is in need of a lot of improvement. Main Front desk worker only there if management is near by. Manager was polite and friendly and Overnight worker at front desk was wonderful along with a few workers but Short staff isn't helpful. Place is due for a face lift . TVs are out of date! Broken items to some light circuits are out. This is just one of those issues that district and regional management need to fix update and hire asap new staff to keep things at float.
I booked a month long stay for my dad, and Zach at the front desk was really wonderful with helping me check in and get everything set up. We checked out early but Zach was very helpful in that as well. Every time I needed help, whoever was at the front desk helped right away. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there, especially with Covid-19. I would definitely come back for another stay.
