We love staying in these brand hotels. This Residence Inn offered all we needed for a comfortable stay. In the COVID era, they will clean the room on demand on the 3rd day. They provide pots and dishes, and even dishwasher.nSmart TV, excellent bed, big refrigerator.nThe breakfast (grab & go) was excellent, which Is not frequent these days.nHighly recommended.
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have proper PPE and social distancing policies in place making any guests that enter the hotel and stay there feel safe and comfortable.
Got a great rate for a last minute check in. However our pillow cases had blood on them and there were questionable stains on the bathroom wall. Could've been a 5 start rating, just needs more attention to cleaning.
Robbie is very rude. For some reason, if you ask him very simple questions, he gets very confused. He acts like he’s very entitled and above you. The rooms are overall nice but most of the staff is not good at all.
When my room was cleaned they only brought new towels. Nothing was actually cleaned. The trash was not taken out, the floor was not vacuumed, and the toiletries were not replenished. Sure the place looks nice, but it is poorly managed. Might as well stay at a Motel 6.
