SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

when we first got there the gentleman staff was very pleasant you have to make reservations for the pool we were able to get in right away the room seem to be decent however when it became bedtime we found prior guest clothing in the The couch that turns into a bed we found several crumbs on the floor so the floors had not been vacuum very well our mirror to the bathroom had water spots all over it.. however it was 36° outside and we went to go turn our heat on and the heat did not work we went down and told the lady that night she gave my daughter extra blanket and said here this should keep you a little warmer the next day we asked them to have the maintenance come and fix it we are advised that they had a bigger problems to fix such as replacing a toilet and they would get to our room when they had time by the end of the day they did have our heat fixed thank goodness because we were staying another night.Both of the mornings that we woke up they did not have coffee they keep a small coffee pot out front and it runs out very quickly one of the workers said there’s coffee in your room make it there.. I asked another worker what the deal was with the coffee she then got extremely rude she threaten to call the police on me because I asked her what the deal was with the coffee she at that point told me I was harassing her I said how am I harassing you I just asked you what the deal was with the coffee she told me that it was very rude for me to ask her that I said while you guys keep running out of coffee and it is morning time people like to drink their coffee I said and you guys advertise breakfast And you’re actually only offering to go bag with a fruit cup in it she said you know there is a such thing called Covid I asked her what her name was so I can call corporate she told me my name is none of your business

Was surprised how small the room was. Weird shape makes viewing TV hard.. Couch was uncomfortable. Watching from bed was the same result. Plenty of room wasted for sink and fridge area. First thing walking in the chlorine from pool was strong. Looking forward to checking out in the morning.

Stayed here for the first time this weekend with my girlfriend, drove down from North Chicago and we had no complaints the room was very clean and very comforting we will stay be back here again when we’re back in Minnesota.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and it was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the price was right. We'll be back.

I had a wonderful time room was nice and clean and the convenience of having the shuttle pick me up and take me to and from the mall was awesome. I will definitely be back.
