Terrible customer service. I prepaid online the full amount. When I arrived at the airport to pickup my vehicle, the agent asked me if I wanted insurance on the vehicle. I specifically told her no because my personal insurance covers rentals. The agent still proceeds to add that to my rental. When I asked why my cost went up, she claimed it was because of an airport fee. I didn’t find out that she wrongfully charged me until weeks later when I got my final receipt. Never using hertz again.

The lady was really nice. She showed us which cars to choose from but walking around with us and helped answer all of our questions. Everything was explained clearly and it was easy to get into a rental and go out and about.

Arrived at my scheduled time but was directed to go to another counter. Arrived at the upstairs counter and was rudely asked if I was a Hertz. After a quick response from a rude agent I was directed to wait in line for another 15 minutes, the agent continued to engage with other customers. I finally got a car the last one and it has a horrible odor. I do not feel like my business is valued here and I will not rent from Hertz again.

I prepaid for a SUV a couple weeks prior to my reservation pick up day. Upon arrival was told there were no cars!! Was told to come back the next day and the vehicle would be ready.nnWhen I arrived they said they do not have anything but can wait 1-2 hours, in hopes someone returns a vehicle. There were 10 vehicles in the return area but they said “don’t have anyone to clean them.”nnIt would be more efficient and better business Practice, if, when someone booked AND paid they would set the vehicle aside. I would have given No stars but I had to choose at least 1-star.

Thank you Jeff for going beyond and used great customer service!! Went there and was told we couldn’t get a car and one guy was saying he can’t do anything then manager Jeff came along and helped us a lot!! Thank you for getting our rental!
