I've always received excellent service from the IGH location. Great people and the cars are always super clean!
Reserved via Expedia, picked up at this location. Employee was super friendly, got us on our way quickly. I had to extend our reservation twice and both times, it was handled efficiently over the phone. When we returned the car, the employee again got us out quickly. I definitely recommend Budget, based on the excellent customer service we received.
Rented 12 seaters van and it had stains in doors, not very well cleaned, windshield fluid was completely empty, remote for van didnt work. While returning the van when i asked for final receipt customer representative was upset for some reason and showing some attitude. Dont recommend this place for renting.
My bf and I rented a car here, for our yearly road trip, we've never rented here before,nbut Great service, great price. We will definetly be coming back again 10/10 keep up the great work!
