We took our kids 2-11yo. We loved the 2 indoor pools, very large outdoor hot tub, made bird feeders, bike rentals were free with our stay, bought a fondue kit, played outdoor games, fire pits and more!! Fabulous place!! Food is great too! Better than I expected!!

End of March is not the time to visit. The winter is fun because of snow and ice activities and summer is fun with the water activities. The swimming was open but nothing else going on and the weather was pretty poor. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was edible.

This place is beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Roy Golf Villa with 8 people and it was super spacious. There's flat screen TVs in every room, a pool table and card table downstairs that were tons of fun to play on. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and cooking device you need. I went when it was -20 degrees outside so we didn't get to do much outside, but the pool was fun. We ate at Northwoods Pub and it was delicious and had a very played back, fun environment. We had a party of 8 so we couldn't rent one of the igloos they rent out (only fits 6), but they looked like a fun and different dining option. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was throwing my husband a little surprise getaway and the front desk worked with me to let our friends check in early so they could decorate. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I am already planning my next trip out there. I highly recommend Grand View Lodge.

It was very cozy, we stayed in one of the cabins and there must have been at least 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The resort has very good breakfast food, it also has a good sized in-door, out-door pool. All and all the resort is amazing, definitely would recommend it.

Had a gears time! Long weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and nice whenever we needed assistance with anything. Stayed in the main lodge and the room had plenty of space! Food was great at a reasonable price. Will be going back soon.
