Tim Nelson was a great agent for my boyfriend and I. We had contacted a few other agents about representing us as buyers and they had almost seemed to not be interested in our business. They'd maybe call us back 3 or 4 business days after we called them. Tim took us seriously right away. He met with us for showings early in the morning or after business hours as fit our schedules. He was professional but not uptight -- a really pleasant person to work with. We ended up with a home that is perfect for us and couldn't have done it without Tim.

Tim Nelson made our experience purchasing a home from another state much easier than it could have been. Since he has numerous contacts in the area, he was able to provide us referrals to local lenders and repairmen which came in handy during our purchase. He has delivered service beyond the sale and was kind enough to help us by opening our home while we were not there, allowing work to be performed. I highly recommend Tim Nelson if you are looking to buy or sell in the area!
