Pharmacists at Brainerd and Baxter are nice and helpful. The techs/cashiers are not. Especially the Baxter pharmacy. I’ve been a pharmacy tech before and you have to remember you’re helping sick people! Greet them with a good smile and try to be helpful. It’s not an easy job but I will be switching pharmacies because of this.
