The hospitality I have received is over whelming. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My room is clean and quiet. The room also has everything I need to be comfortable TV, coffee maker w/coffee and creamer, small refrigerator, ice bucket to get ice down the hall, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Plus I have a small service dog and I have a door in my room to take him out. Wonderful place!!
Front desk staff was so kind, friendly, considerate and accommodating. To the point I don't mind coming back. Room was clean and it's in a very quiet location.
Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel for a get away trip for my birthday and we got there and there was nobody at the desk no matter how many times you rang the bell and when they finally came to the desk and we got our room key and got situated someone else came into our room because they checked the same room out to the both of us. Now being six months later my bank account was just charged for my stay I had again and they were rude when I simply asked what happend and when and if I could expect a refund. I have yet to revive my refund to this day it’s been almost a week
I felt that the cleanliness of my room was good and the front desk staff was friendly, but they did not charge my card until January 22. I stayed there in August of last year. I'm not as impressed about their service.
Housekeeping & front desk staff are very polite, professional, & always willing to go the extra mile for whatever your needs may be during stay. Their professional manner is greatly appreciated
