First class experience! Excellent hospitality, quaint cabins, beautiful views, loons singing as the sun sets... This is the perfect place to bring your family so they can reconnect by disconnecting.
Great for families! Cabins are very nicely kept. Beach is nice with play ground, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat and a bin full of water toys for everyone to use
Beautiful resort, kept up very well. Always very clean. The owners Dave and Carole Heath really care.
My family has been renting a cabin at this resort every summer for 28 years. The grounds are very well kept, from grass lawn for games to huge Sandy Beach. The cabins range in size and age but are all well kept up, many renovated, and many even air conditioned. The Heath family is kind and accommodating. The whole resort is set up well for kids and families. It is more than accommodating to fisherman as well, having a cleaning shack and bait house with pens and fresh cold water for keeping bait fresh. With great fishing, sights, and restaurants to access by boat on the chain, I would recommend this resort to anyone.
My son was stranded in front of Healths resort. I called and spoke to Carol. She said she was too busy to assist. I mentioned that if I were a patron, I would be happy to lend a hand and tow them to the landing. She rudely replied that since I wasn't a patron, I should come from St Cloud and get my son. Nearby Kilworry pulled my son to the landing and refused to give a name and adress that I could mail a gestural payment of appreciation. I will send one despite.
