Our experience working with Aspen has been nothing but positive in our home buying journey thus far! As a first time home buyer, these can be tough waters to navigate, and even though we have not purchased one yet I have no doubt in my mind that we will find the perfect one, and Tina/Antje will be leading the way. I know they really hear us, and understand what we are looking for because each property shown is tailored to our specific wants and needs. They have gone above and beyond to help us with the financing by making referrals, and have patiently explained things so we could have a better understanding of the process. We’ve always felt we are a top priority as one of their clients and are excited to continue our journey with them.

Absolutely loved Antje! So incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a fun person to look at houses with. Antje was insightful, an amazing advocate and takes great pride in her work. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially first time home buyers. We loved our experience and thank you for helping us get our first home!

House hunting in a peak market is made easy-breezy with Antje and Gail. (Even if it does crash because, well, 2020.)nThey are straight shooters; no sugar added type of realtors. Point blank: If it’s a sh!t box - it’s a sh!t box. They pride themselves on not selling clients something they wouldn’t be proud of.nA bonus Antje offers is her eye for design. When you can’t see the vision, she will paint a picture that even Bob Ross would be jealous of.nIf you enjoy professionalism, good banter, and someone who works for you not them, quit wasting time and go with Aspen Real Estate. There are no words to describe how fortunate I am to have Antje in my life, not only as my realtor but as my friend. The lengths she's gone to for my first home purchase were so far beyond what I ever imagined. The home buying process is stressful and exciting and scary and difficult and fun, and she held my hand every step of the way. Antje was the voice of calm and reason every time I cried (sobbed) over a hiccup, and was able to answer every question and concern I had. Her knowledge and passion for real estate and for the families she serves is incredible and I could never have done this without her. Antje found the perfect home for my family and did everything in her power to make sure it was mine. I will forever be thankful to have been so blessed to have her be in my life and be my agent.

All it took was a cup of coffee to decide we were going to use Aspen Real Estate Services and Antje Anderson in the search for our first investment property. Aspen doesn't overload you with gimmicky pitches and false guarantees like other brokerages. They don't need to because they are true professionals that actually know the market. Also they are just very personable people, fun and exciting to talk to about real estate or anything unrelated.nnThe market is highly volatile and ever changing right now, yet Antje had that pulse dialed in.nAfter we went under contract, the seller tried throwing us all a curve ball. But Antje roller her sleeves up and hit a homerun...expertly advising us of our rights and position and encouraging us to charge ahead.nnThis brokerage has that A+ team you need on your side.
