When we decided to sell our lake lot we interviewed many of the key real estate firms in the area. Tim Bosch with Weichert real estate had the most realistic sales approach. He did not disappoint us and quickly found us a buyer at a price that we were comfortable with. I highly recommend them for his knowledge professionalism and honesty. Our selling agent in southern MN put us in touch with Tim Bosch, and he was awesome! He listened to what we wanted to find in our new home and didn't waste our time with properties that were undesirable. Within a month or so he found us our dream home, and then within another two months we closed and moved in. Even though we were working with him long distance, the entire process went very smoothly and Tim was kind and professional through it all. This was our first time to purchase a home as a married couple, and no question or concern was too small or irrelevant for him to answer for us.
