My wife and I arrived to the cabin on our 32nd anniversary, a bouquet of flowers and card met us on the dining room table. I had trouble with a trailer light and mitch picked one up in town and replaced it while my wife and I went fishing. Mitch will make your stay tremendous. Will definitely be going back!
We stayed here with our family and some friends in the middle of July and it was a really pleasant stay. The resort is split into two parts, a lower section with cabins and an upper section with a campground and RV spots & hookups. I did not go to the campground section much, however the lower section did have a swing set & sandbox for kids.nnThe cabins are pretty roomy on the insides and stayed pretty cool. All of the cabins and most of the grounds are shaded by large mature maple trees, and there were several bonfire pits that we relaxed by in the afternoon & evening. The current owner, Mitch, was courteous, accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. Overall we had a great time and I look forward to staying there next time that I can make it up to Boy Lake.
We love this place! Been going there since the new owners Alan and Stacy have taken over and they have done a fantastic job with cleaning up the resort, cabins, harbor and the lodge! It truly is a great fishing get away and I am glad to be able to vacation there yearly!
