Dennis and Jane were a joy to work with! The housing market has been tough for the last couple of years, but they both made the process as smooth as possible. They didn’t want us to just buy any house to make a sale, they really cared about us finding our dream home, and we did! They were quick to respond, even after hours and on weekends, and they took the time to listen and answer our many, many questions. Dennis was always willing to look at any and all homes and was wonderful at scheduling home showings around our busy schedules. As first time homebuyers, we could not be more grateful for Dennis’s honest thoughts and opinions on a property. We can’t thank Dennis and Jane enough for their help in finding our home. Dennis and Jane are wonderful and honest person. From the start we felt we were in good hands. Dennis never tried to enforce any house. If the house was bad he would say it was bad and recommend not to buy. His knowledge in the real estate helped us a lot and I highly recommend Guertin Family realty to all.
