Nicole was wonderful to work with - very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was our first time buying/selling at the same time and we were very nervous and had a lot of questions. She was so patient in answering our questions (sometimes more than once). She made sure our house was priced well and had some amazing pictures taken to showcase our home. She kept us calm and focused on the end goal when we started to get overwhelmed. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Nicole helped us sell our first home and then buy our second home. With our first home she helped us come up with a competitive price to sell. She had an amazing photographer come and take pictures of our house. She wrote a fantastic discription of our house on our listing. Our house sold within days of being listed for asking price and with 4 offers on it!!! When we were looking for our next house she took us to see so many farms all over only for us to change our minds and pick a home in town. Everything was so amazing working with her I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy.
