I chose the AmeriVu at 10 pm after driving 8 hours to be with my Mom who was to have an unexpected surgery the next day at Waconia Hospital...just down the street. Molly greeted me and gave me a rate of $100 total which I accepted and went up to my room. It was on the 3rd floor, out of the way, and quiet. When entering I almost stepped on the electrical cord from the hair dryer laying on the floor near the door. Then I noticed a newspaper thrown under the nightstand, a very stained chair and ottoman, and it looked like maybe the bath towels had been used and refolded. I'm giving it 2 stars because the entrance is very nice and Molly was very nice and helpful.

Great location for a hotel, plenty of options all around for everything. Service was very welcoming, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. My room was clean and even got to experience the pool and hot tub. It was a great business stay and glad I got to rest up here before heading off to work again.

Awesome place! Had some fun in the pool area with the kids, got time to use the sauna, and slept in a clean and comfy room. I had never been in the area so the staff was really nice about answering questions or helping me with directions.

Stopped here since it was raining pretty bad and my family and I were glad it was here. My kids got to go into the pool and have fun and my wife and I got to go in the hot tub. Beds were really large and soft, enough space for the family, and even got a generous walk-in discount. The staff is always looking out for you here!

We always stay at this hotel every time we come to visit our MN family however it has really gone downhill over the years. We’ve been staying here for years and every time we stay it just hasn’t been up to standards since years ago. This time around the carpets were dirty and the room hadn’t been cleaned- except for the sheets. We changed rooms and Carrie went above and beyond to make everything better- she was absolutely great!!nMy sister got another room and they came back right before midnight to find out that the sheets hadn’t been cleaned; since it was so late, there was no staff available to clean the room- they were given clean sheets and had to make the bed themselves. We want to support this hotel but there’s needs to be a significant improvement on cleanliness. And more staff like Carrie :)
