costnWe had a room reserved and upon check in at the front desk associate Patty could not locate it. The original price was $79 but now we were paying $99. We had a wedding to attend that afternoon so went ahead and checked in. The hallways had junk and boxes throughout along with air conditioners stacked in boxes throughout the property. After attending the reception, we went back to hotel and upon pulling the sheets back there were little black bugs all over. The sheets had multiple stains and dirt marks. It was late at night with nowhere else to sleep so we called the front desk and got new sheets. We placed the sheets on top of the bed and within 30 minutes you could visibly see bugs crawling on those sheets as well.nMy husband and myself ended up sleeping in our vehicle that night and upon speaking to the owner, Arom things just got worse. We requested to have a refund given and Arom will not comply. He has not returned any calls or messages and has taken no responsibility or accountability as a business owner. Think twice about staying at this disgusting property, It is not worth bringing bed bugs home to your family.

This hotel does not have plastic mattress protectors! So don’t do what is usually done in a hotel as a couple, they will charge you $200 to replace the mattress. If I’d have known they were not in plastic I’d have never stayed there. The mattresses are not protected from natural body fluids, bed bugs, dust mites etc. Stay at your own risk.

Stayed 10/10/2020 for one night.nRoom was extremely dirty, so much so that we had to find a different hotel for the second night. The manager assured us that appropriate Covid cleaning would take place, but it was clear that the counters were still dirty from the prior guests (sticky surfaces and leftover food). They charged us in full upfront for both nights and would not refund the cost of the second night. Would not recommend!

They're friendly. Place is well clean through out the whole building. Easy nice location.

Very clean, retro look which we all loved..Quiet they allowed pets which was amazing we loved that...Would recommend to anyone
