Very nice apartment. I visited my son there and with the under the apartment parking was great. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath seemed huge to me . Two things that I didn't like were washer & dryer in unit and its pay for it with coins. Also I didn't care for was the high rent. So I liked his apartment very much but I could not afford to live there.
Nice, new building. Fitness room. Laundry rooms in each apartment. Walking distance to Kwik Trip. Two-minute drive to Lake Waconia. Nice little town. Quiet, not crowded. Fun things to do. It's too bad that the management seems to be far too quick to evict it's tenants for ridiculously petty reasons. Evicting someone is a very serious thing and should not be filed on someone because of a sarcastic remark, said in passing, by the guest of a tenant.
Nice place close to enough shopping centers no problem with shopping
