Julie Antonutti was our realtor and we could not be more grateful. We were first time buyers and knew almost nothing about the home buying process. We had very particular needs and wants and She was there every step of the way and was extremely patient with us and all of our questions and concerns. She found us exactly what we wanted and was always available. We never had an issue reaching her and let me tell you....we called....A LOT.nnEven after closing she has been willing and able to refer us to local service providers she knows to be reliable & honest. We were not familiar with the area or local businesses we would need had any issues arised with our new home but one quick call and Julie had a list emailed to us right away. She had already received her payment but treated us JUST as wonderful AFTER the sale as she had prior to closing. We always felt valued, heard and understood. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Julie. I HIGHLY recommend contacting her for all of your buying/selling needs.

My wife and I recently purchased a property listed with Adolphson Realty in Cloquet. Gerald Gorbet was our realtor. We feel Gerald went above and beyond in helping us through the buying process. At the present time we live out of state and Gerald did a great job of coordinating everything all the way through closing. He was very knowledgeable professional and personable. We were fortunate to have him as our realtor..
