Everything with this hotel that we encountered was fantastic! Staff was friendly and attentive. The first room we got assigned to the HVAC unit was loud and I asked if we could have a different room and immediately they assigned us a new room and brought up the key to us! It was above and beyond for customer service. They took care of us like we were family. Definitely will be staying here again!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites, Mankato. The staff was very friendly, everything was extremely clean, and I was provided with everything (and more) that I needed. The TV had Netflix on it, the WIFI worked great, and there were even delicious snacks to purchase in the lobby. I was also very pleased with their breakfast menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to spend the night!
Of all the hotels I've stayed in for traveling for track meets, this one is by far my favorite. They always have everything you need and the service is wonderful. And most importantly, everything is clean and comfortable! There was a lot of options for breakfast too, even during covid.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Clean and comfortable room. Great water pressure. I appreciated the coffee station and packaged items that were available for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again
