I go to H&R Block every year. It's kind of a family thing. My mother has always used H&R Block. The employees are always really nice and it's a fast process. They do their job really well. I'm in the building maybe 25 to 30 minutes at the most. Its convenient. I wouldn't do my taxes anywhere else!

My biggest reason for going to H&R Block is because everything is carefully filled out and gone over to make sure there should not be any mistakes, and the questions that are asked are straight and to the point. And, too, they are close by. I don't have to travel too far to find them. Besides my husband and I have been going to H&R Block for years. I think they are very dependable.

Posting a negative review because the stimulus money that every american is supposed to have access to will.mot be loaded onto our emerald cards because h and r block can't charge a fee to transfer it to us how's that for customer satisfaction?
