I always love going to Burlington. They have good stuff for pretty good prices.
Waited in line for over 15 minutes. The cashier was extremely slow. Need extra staffing. People were walking behind the counter but never offered to help. Left items due to excessive waits and unfriendly staff. Won't visit again.
It was so sad in there like they brought out the stuff no one bought or is out dated yeah we r in a pandemic but at least stalk the shelves

I’m not sure where to start with this review. I’m so mad right now. I used to shop Burlington regularly because I love their selection of affordable items. However their customer service is absolutely the worst on the planet earth. Monkeys from the zoo are more competent than their staff. If you don’t believe me try calling their location and ask ANY of their workers for help. They will pretend that they are busy when in reality there’s not a customer in the store. I plan on writing corporate and letting them know. They are an absolute joke.
