Katie with the rental department was very rude and presumptuous. I brought all the men in my wedding party just to be sized and maybe find some things for the wedding. Katie straight up told me what my groom should wear at my own wedding, which was the complete opposite of what I told her we wanted. I'm pretty sure that everyone was measured wrong as well. Katie also didn't allow us to try on anything that was navy (the suit color we want) and put everyone in black. When we spoke about slacks, I was told the only option they had were pants that had weird metal sliders on the sides and told me we would need to rent vests as well to cover them up. That went against what I wanted too. Unless things have changed, when I looked at their rentals on the website none of the slacks had the metal sliders. We quickly took our measurements and left without renting or purchasing a single thing. Everyone left the store feeling incredibly uncomfortable. I felt that we were just another sale number, and I absolutely felt it disrespectful to tell a bride what her wedding should or shouldn't look like. We will not be doing business with their Sandy location or with the company at all if this is how they treat customers.

I recommend going to Lee. He is more than helpful. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have known what to pick as far as shirts, what shirts can go with what pants, shoes, and ties. Thanks to him I felt confident in what I was wearing at all of my interviews. If you go to this store I highly recommend asking for Lee. Thank you so much Lee, I can’t put into words how much your help was!

I wear dress clothes at a minimum Monday through Thursday. In my business sloppy dress clothes stick out like a sore thumb. I lost 25 lbs during Covid and have been work at home. We just got the okay to meet clients and I now have no dress clothes that fit. Men’s Wearhouse and Lee have always been 5 star. After yesterday I am compelled to share my story. I brought in 4 suits, 4 sport coats, and 7 pair of slacks all needing altering so I didn’t look like a child in Dad’s suits. He doesn’t know this but I call Lee my personal Haberdasher. He knows his stuff! Lee spent an hour and a half marking all of my clothes for alteration. Most of the alterations were free and Men’s Wearhouse happily stood behind their guarantee. No exaggeration, my alteration ticket was a good 10ft long! I challenge you to find a dress clothier that would stand behind that much altering, and if they did, do it with a smile and not act utterly annoyed. Lee could have sold a couple suits in the time he spent marking me up, or passed me off to a junior associate. This is why I only buy dress clothes from Men’s Wearhouse.

The staff was offish and disorganized. The attendant was poorly oriented to the facility. And the facility was absolutely filthy. I was embarrassed to try on clothing, as the clothing was covered in lint and dust. Very poor selection with regards to tuxedos. They miss represented their stock over the phone and while I was there. Total waste of time.
