This store has consistently good service. There is always a friendly offer for help. I always leave this store feeling relaxed & happy (which is not always true of other AE stores).
I usually don’t write reviews but everyone here was so rude. I asked an employee if the fitting rooms were open and she said “yeah but I’m going on my break” and walked right past me then I waited 10 minutes in line to be able to ask the cashier for a fitting room since there was no one else. When I asked him he laughed and rolled his eyes at me.
My 4 year old out of no where threw up while we were shopping here. Austin came and cleaned it up while I cared for my kid. He was so nice about. I am so sorry but thank you for your kindness in that vulnerable moment for me.
I have tried multiple other brands of jeans, and I always end up coming back here! They have quality clothing that lasts! They also have plenty of on trend items that are not only cute, but super comfortable! This location is so clean and well managed.
Really nice people work here and they have great sense of fashion
