The management is awesome Linn is wonderful she helped us slot can't wait to live there nice place our lot is big. Hope to make friends there.
It's a great place to live. Quiet. Huge lot's.
Called to inquire about renting or buying. Nobody interested in getting back to me. Seems like a reasonable trailer park in Rice. Lot better than what there is in St. Cloud and Sartell. But they want it hard for you to buy or rent at Rockwood Estates.
They're clean, consistent standards show. Very nice.
Just moved in a month ago and I love our place, the yard space is amazing, the neighbors are friendly, and owning our own place is the best feeling.nnThey were kind and understanding, they worked with us on our payments for our down payment, and it's out side of town but not to far so you don't deal with the loud vehicles and busy city life and not far enough to where you feel like you pay more for gas than groceries when shopping (use to live in onamia and unless you wanted to pay an arm and a leg you would have to drive 30-40 minutes just to get groceries)nnI'm proud to say I'm part of their community.
