Drove hours out of our way for an infant swing that we were told over the phone was in stock. Got to the store to find out it was out of stock. We asked if they were able to sell the display. We were met with attitude. One girl attempted to help by letting us know there was another similar store near by but was already closed. When asked if we were helped with everything we needed by another employee we told her no. We still had questions on other items. Instead of offering help she walked away. And to top off our trip Valerie the cashier was a nightmare. We almost didn’t buy the toys for our son because of how rude she was. I would not recommend this store. Give your time and money to people who value your business, especially in a pandemic.

Buy Buy Baby has been by far my favorite place to shop for infant and children’s products! They have a wide variety of brands and selections to choose from. They frequently stock “hot items” and keep up to date with parenting styles and trends. They also have a Child Product Recall stand at the front of the store which helps parents stay informed. :)

Had an associate named Abby help me out with getting stuff for my baby niece and she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She even helped me find a few places to look at for jewelry for babies. Thank you so much Abby

Completely awful customer service and everything is overpriced. If you need assistance or have questions you have to hunt down an employee and when you finally find one, they act so put out to have to actually help you. Not to mention they have almost zero product knowledge. Most of their products are not really unique and can be purchased online from other retailers cheaper and with free shipping. Very, very disappointed after visiting this store.

We bought a car seat from them that they told us was a great car seat. My husband installed it and it was terrible quality. We tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it back because we removed a tag. My baby never even sat in this car seat that was over $250. They did nothing for us. No refund no discount nothing! I would not buy any of their over priced items. What horrible service.
