DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not tell you their new “return policy” at the point of sale and then refuse to help you. Terrible customer service and unhelpful. They won’t return anything because of “COVID” when I can literally return make-up or clothes to any other store. We did not want the shirt we bought it was a gift for someone. We would have gladly come back for a future item but we will never shop here again. You can find any of their items cheaper on Amazon or Nike. Do not shop here. We will never shop here agan and will tell others to do the same
My son was given some socks as a gift for his birthday. We went to exchange them at the Sandy location. When we got there they refused the return even with the receipt. They said because they were bought at the West valley location the UPC wouldn't work in their database. It doesn't state that on their website or the receipt itself that this is the case. They need to change their store names if this is the case so people aren't confused that these locations are interchangeable for returns. This is listed no where in writing. Awful "policy"
Update: we got in contact with the owner and he rectified things. It still required us to have to make two trips which wasn't convenient but at least they wanted to help make things right.
