We highly recommend Emily Korb and her team from ReMax, to sell your home.nEmily’s team did a wonderful job of staging the house for our sale. Randy had a great eye for trimming bushes and tree branches to open up the view to our house. In addition, they did some touch-up painting inside to add to the home’s appeal. The photos for our MLS listing turned out fantastic.nWe were kept informed about the process along the way and Emily arranged for us to work with a nearby efficient title company. From the time the photos were taken to our closing date was just over 30 days.nDuring this unknown pandemic time, the sale of our home was quick, and we were very pleased to receive an excellent price.

My fiancé and I first met Emily during one of her First Time Home Buying seminars. We were instantly drawn to how well she explained the home buying process. She was excellent at explaining all the steps so we could easily understand. Once the home search started she had us use an app that listed all homes in our price range & area. It was so convenient and easy to use. Emily was always available for phone calls, anytime of day which was very helpful. Her kind and outgoing personality made it so easy to work with her. She was also determined to get us the best deal and knew where we could negotiate. I would highly recommend using Emily Korb as your realtor. We could not have bought our first home without her. She made the experience fun and easy, which was amazing- especially since it could have easily been a stressful time for us with a competitive buyers market. Emily is such a great realtor to work with. I had a hard time getting financing and she never gave up on me. She is very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and fought hard for me when we had a difficult seller. She worked tirelessly and I always felt that my search was the most important thing for her. She follows up on everything and makes sure everything is done correctly. I appreciate every little detail and I am so glad that I had someone who genuinely cares for her clients to work with.

We were so happy with Emily as our realtor. She came a couple weeks before listing to give us pointers on what’s important to work on so the house shows well. She helped get the house ready and helped us get it listed just weeks after deciding we were ready to sell which made the whole process so fast. We had multiple offers in the first 24 hours all over asking price. She was also amazing at getting us our dream home! It was a competitive house that had another offer on it and Emily was great at negotiating to not only get us our home but also for under their asking price! We Would highly recommend working with Emily, she made the whole process so smooth.
