Very disappointed and won’t buy here again!! I came to buy a dress for a wedding and they told me I couldn’t try it cause they fitting rooms were closed. When I tried it at home the dress didn’t fit and it wasn’t what I was expecting. So I went back to the store to return the dress and they told me they have changed their policy and all they can do is a exchange for mother dress or a gift card. So how is it possible that I can’t get my money back if it’s not my fault that I couldn’t try the dress and nobody told me they changed their policy??? I don’t need a dress anymore I need my money.

LOVE THIS STORE! I haven’t actually been in store, just shop online but everything is pretty true to size, good quality, decent pricing compared to other boutiques and my style! A lot of boutiques are either too expensive, not my vibe, or to “young” this is perfect for work, everyday and comfy clothes and I’m obsessed.

I ordered a dress and was having some problems with shipping, I called a gal at the Sandy store and she was SO helpful and sweet! Right after I hung up with her Trevor had e-mailed me back and I spoke with him over the phone and he was AWESOME! everyone was so helpful and sweet in caring about my issue and helping to resolve it! Plus their clothes are SOOOOo cute!

I won a gift card giveaway. They didn’t mention the gift card was for online only until I was in the store trying to use it and I had to email them while at the checkout to find that info out. Finally ordered online and purchased a pair of pants with the gift card that was majority of my purchase since they were around $35. I measured and got the size it said I needed. Got them in the mail and they were extremely narrow in the hips and I couldn’t get them on (I am tiny. So the model’s would have to be pretty tiny). I went to return them thinking I could because I made sure before purchasing that it was an option only to find out that I can no longer return them. Come to find out, I can’t return them at all. The delivery was fast and the shirts I bought are good but seems shady and unorganized through my experience dealing with Bella Ella. For sure will not buy online again.
