The store itself is great, a little tiny so it’s hard to work through the whole place. But, they’ve been doing a good job trying to practice social distance and everything. My main problem was with one of the employees working today. She had bright orange hair, piercings and she was the one who rang me up. I got two earrings and I knew they were buy two get one free, but I knew they charged the most expensive item and unfortunately the item I also wanted was a little pricy and I just didn’t want to spend too much since I was out shopping for other gifts for people. The girl said go get your free item and I told her I’m fine but thank you. I just said I couldn’t find one I liked and just wanted the two I got there. She kept saying, but it’s for free?! Yes, I’m aware I just didn’t want to spend to much money if I were to buy the one I wanted. Plus I didn’t just want to grab one earring that I might never wear. I just told her no thank you and she give me slight attitude, didn’t even ask for my phone number for my points, just threw my stuff in the bag and and said “here.” No thank you for shopping or anything just a rude “here”. If you’re gonna treat a customer like that after they declined nicely to your offer, then you really shouldn’t be working in customer service. I’m sure she’s nice but the way she was acting towards me left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. I hope management talks to her about her customer service skills and won’t continue to act like that to the next customer.

I came to the door today a few minutes after they closed at 7:00 to pick up an order, but I didn’t know they were closed just because of the website and the email I got. Someone came to the door and greeted me and told me they were closed, and I said I was there for an order and they still did it for me even though they were closed. I’m very very thankful for that, so if you guys see this, thank you :) My brother and I always shopped here as kids and I just recently started buying products here again, and there’s always been great customer service and great products. Thanks again! :)

Prices aren't great but that's expected at hot topic. Only leaving a review to mention how great their customer service always is. I've been visiting this location since I was in middle school like 8 years ago, and their service is a cut above the rest every time I go in. Employees are super friendly and helpful. They're also making great efforts to protect people COVID-wise. Prices are the only complaint I ever have, but again, they've always been overpriced.

Great store. This is a great place for anime shirts and band shirts. Other great stuff too and the staff is usually pretty awesome.
