I have used this office for the last 3 years. They have always went above and beyond to help me with my taxes. This year was different. They put in the wrong information from my check stubs. I didn’t receive any paperwork because their printer wasn’t working so I didn’t catch it until I got home and looked at it online. I called them back and explained what happened. They said they would look in to it and fix it. I just checked my files online and nothing has been fixed yet. I really hate to go elsewhere but I may have to since they don’t want to fix what they messed up.
