worst service ever!!! one of the girls was on her phone gossiping about the other employees and refused to help me and by the time i waited to get checked out and leave was a total of 15 minutes and i didn’t even end up getting anything because she was no help!
Even though I live in Salt Lake, this store is always worth driving across the valley to go to! Not only do their sizes go to fit my daughter, they even fit a full-size woman! I absolutely love their panties! They're always comfortable and just right for fit! And they're always cute and stylish.
This location has a very small selection. They always seem to be out of items, and the employees are rude. My complaint about the company as a whole is that nothing ever matches. You can’t get sets of anything because the colors or lace pattern don’t match.
AMAZING customer service. The girls here are so cute and help me out all the time. They make it so easy to spend money and continue coming back. My new favorite store hands down. I've even visited other locations and get the same amazing service so I know Aerie is a good company to work for if the employees are this great!
I was the only one in the store walking around for about 15-20 minutes. Was not greeted or approached once by any of the 3 employees working. I had clothes in my hands and they all 3 saw me walk into the fitting rooms multiple times and no body offered a fitting room. They just stood behind the counter and watched me.
