I recently came out as trans. I was nervous at first to come here, but the employees were so kind and helpful! A beautiful young woman named Mercedes helped me with sizes and reccomended clothing, and was overall amazing! I didnt catch the name of the girl who helped at checkout, but she had very pretty, frizzy partially dyed hair. She was very kind and talked to me like an old friend. Thank you PINK staff!
I owe the new manager a rave review! I came in late November to do some browsing; ended up spending over $500 on gifts for my sisters and daughters for Christmas. I can’t remember the new managers name but she was incredible! She helped me with sizes and choosing items for my teens. She even helped me maximize my rewards and in-store deals. I did end up making a few exchanges but that was also very easy. Everyone was happy with their gifts. Thank you for being so attentive to my needs and making that such a great shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back to shop at this specific store. So worth it to have excellent customer service.

Pink is one of my favorite stores to buy clothes and underwear. The employees are always friendly and greet you as you come in. They always have a huge option of all kinds of clothes like sweats, hoodies, jackets, long sleeve shirts, shorts, etc. The clothes fit really well and they are always soft and comfy. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, but at least they have good sales every so often and they sometimes send you coupons in the mail.
