Great communication and prompt service. They're very good at answering questions, and speedy in replies (the last email I got from them was near midnight, so they're working late). It took a week and a half from me mailing off my documents to getting our visas, including FedEx time. I'm pleased. Like the last reviewer said, the website looks old-fashioned, but I suspect it's because they're a small business.
I have used their service 3 times now, and have always had a great experience. They are professionally, and fully committed to helping you get what you need. They went out of their way to make recommendations on a document I completed incorrectly.nnI will go back to them for all of my china visa needs.
Although the website looks a little dodgy, these guys are 100% legit and the cheapest around. We followed their very specific instructions, mailed everything off, and about a week and a half later had our passports back with 10 year visas. Very easy to reach by email as well; someone always responded within a few hours.
