Managed by, evidently, very arrogant, indifferent management. Had an issue with one of their stores, whose mgmt was unresponsive. Called and left a voicemail at LPP office, emailed LPP mgmt 2x, including the mgmt of the REIT (parent company) that these people work for (in other words throwing them under the bus w/their bosses). .....never got the courtesy of a reply....Nov 2020...still waiting.n.nJan 2021...still waiting..... with the increasing number of empty storefronts it looks like they've thrown in the towel..

this mall is dying unfortunately !! boring, empty, nongood stores!!! only reason to spend time here would be for Express, some would say eddie bauer, pro sports zone and h&m. but that’s really it. and honestly those stores will probably be closing soon as well considering they’ve closed pink, victoria’s secret, the food court & american eagle. all that’s left is the grand yankee candle, an irish store, and a few more ??? disappointed. don’t waste your time here

We make it out to Laurel Park Place yearly, at a minimum, to see Santa Jack. Year after year he remembers faces, names, and family members... A true gem of a person. While we wait for santa, if there is a line, we always sample some fresh chocolate from the mall eatery. Good times and good memories. I hope to see Santa Jack for years to come.

Favorite mall to stroll around in, crowds are never huge, workers all around are very friendly

Better than the Westland mall, but over the years more and more stores are shutting down and the food court is completely empty. Has potential because it’s a really well maintained mall but just super dead.
