I was a patient at pure healthy back a few years ago to treat my pain causing sciatica. I loved it very professional listened to me in detail.. and didn’t force me to do any exercise or movement that caused extreme pain. They worked with me according to my strength and abilities at the time and the stronger I got they encouraged me to do a bit more.nnAfter my back surgery I went straight to work and didn’t resume my physical therapy at our healthy back. I’m planning to resume the therapy there now years after my surgery because I cannot find a comprehensive physical therapy center. I did circuit training activities. Strength and core training, Pilates type exercises according to my range of motion and strength getting better each week. They offer massages, yoga, meditation which I earned by keeping my appointments.nnThey really focused on not just the body but the mind and spirit.nWonderful and courteous staffnnI miss them and I will be calling soon

Friendly staff who created an individualized PT plan for me, so I can regain strength without any additional pain!!!
