As a frequent physical therapy patient over the past decade, this is by far my favorite facility. The staff is incredibly helpful in diagnosing and treating all the various aliments I’ve had. Scheduling is also very easy and convenient.

Ben and the staff here are the BEST! Hands down. I went here for my sciatica pain and with the proper attention to my specific case and the techniques that I was taught, I am back at the gym (but not overdoing it, of course). I highly recommend the folks at Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists if you are looking for PT professionals who are both highly skilled and very personable.

I have been to the Novi location for physical therapy on at least four different occasions, twice to rehab after surgery (knee replacement, rotator cuff) and twice prior to surgical intervention to postpone the inevitable. The therapists (Ben, and most recently, Natalie) are knowledgeable, creative and relentless in obtaining great results. They answer questions thoroughly, provide suggestions for ways to maximize results, and do so in a friendly, welcoming way. I have never felt they were less than 100% committed to the best possible result. The support staff are equally pleasant and helpful.

I have used PPTS in Novi several times since 2014. They have always been a professional, knowledgeable and courteous facility, with a staff led by Benjamin Wallis. I could always count on Ben's outstanding experience, feedback and hands on approach to helping me achieve my best outcome. I just finished a 7 week rehab December 2021 and was very pleased by the progress I made and offer of further consultation, should I need. I highly recommend this location and staff!!
